Why did you choose a career in mortgage advising?
I’ve always had a passion for finance, and helping people with such an important part of their lives felt like a natural fit. I enjoy taking on the responsibility that comes with the mortgage process — it means my clients can focus on their families and future, while I handle the detail.
What do you find most rewarding about your work?
Seeing clients reach the point where they can collect the keys to their new home is incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s a first home or a fresh start, being part of that journey never gets old. I also really enjoy building strong relationships with new and existing clients — it’s a role that feels personal and meaningful, and I’m proud to be someone they can rely on during such a big life step.
How do you approach working with new clients?
I like to make things as simple and stress-free as possible from the very start. I take time to understand each client’s situation, explain everything clearly, and make sure they feel confident every step of the way. It’s about creating a comfortable and open experience where no question is too small.
