Our Mortgage team is split down into two areas for Existing Clients and New Clients and this roll is for a Mortgage Adviser to join our New Client team.
The Role: Mortgage Adviser (New Client Team)
The role will involve taking new calls in and following up leads for new clients who are seeking mortgages. We have a constant stream of calls in and new leads, due to the hard work of our media arm of the business, together with the high volume of personal recommendations we receive also.
You will be expected to advise clients on the whole market of mortgages available and seek for them the best deal. We do not charge clients fees and this is therefore an attractive option for potential clients. Once you have taken initial instructions and advised new clients on the mortgage options available to them, you will take the client through the application process. When the offer is received you will pass the client to your assisting Mortgage Manager who will take the matter through to completion for you.
Suitable candidates will be either CeMap or CII qualified as this is a Mortgage Adviser role. You will be a confident communicator. Client care is of the upmost importance.

All that is expected is that all clients are treated with care and attention to help meet their needs and exceed their expectations. It is a fast-paced environment here but I wouldn't have it any other way! As long as you are organised and driven to provide excellent customer service then meeting targets is more than achievable.
On top of that, the directors here really do care about their staff, making it an amazing place to work. I have only been here a little under 6 months but I can honestly say this is the best mortgage operation I have ever worked in and with the business going from strength to strength and growing on a daily basis I cannot wait to see what the future holds for YesCanDo.
