YesCanDo is a thriving Financial Advisory business based just off the A27 on the outskirts of Havant.  We are in newly refurbished, serviced offices with free parking, break out areas and hot drinks facilities.   We have the sea on our doorstep which provides for a scenic walk during a lunch break/before or after work.

The YesCanDo brand is broken down into two core areas, YesCanDo Money – Mortgages & Life Insurance, and YesCanDo Media.

We have worked incredibly hard on creating a warm and welcoming environment for all members of staff.  We believe that the only way to be successful is to pull together as a team and play to our strengths.

Our Mortgage team is split down into two areas for Existing Clients and New Clients and this roll is for a Mortgage Advisor to join our New Client team.

The Role: Mortgage Client Support Manager

The role will involve supporting our Mortgage Advisors with their caseload.  You will take matters from Mortgage offer, through to completion.  This is a busy and demanding role as we have a consistent stream of calls coming in, due to the hard work of our media team and personal recommendations from existing clients.

A proven track record working in mortgages is essential for this role.  You will also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.   There is an expectation that you will keep clients updated throughout the whole mortgage process as we pride ourselves on providing an excellent level of client care.  You will be confident in liaising with clients, mortgage companies, solicitors and estate agents.

Some experience in customer services will help. Suitable candidates will be a team player, a confident communicator, and have client care of the utmost importance to you.
